*French company in wine industry 

*open position : accountant for finance department

*one-year contract  

*very possible to transfer to long-term contract if performance is excellent

Key Responsibilities

1. Strictly follow the Enterprise Accounting Norm and relevant law and regulations；

2. Responsible for book keeping, checking un-received invoices and informing related person;

3. Prepare all kinds of the financial reports requested by manager and headquarters；

4. Calculating purchase cost of wine & POS and sending cost prices to sales directors；  

5. Monthly printing and sorting VAT invoice information form in Tax system and booking sales tax voucher

6. Monthly custom VAT invoice authentication in tax system and generating vouchers

7. Communication with agent for monthly and yearly tax declaration;

8. Monthly and yearly statistic declaration, as well as other annual declarations；

9. Responsible for sales invoices of retail accounts in ERP System: verifying and confirming invoicing information, assisting in issuing invoices to clients in time；

10. Calculate commissions or marketing support for agents；

11. Calculate commissions for commercial team

12. Coordinate with the accounting firm for yearly audit process；

13. Daily communication with tax bureau；

14. Other temporary tasks assigned by manager.

Requirements

1. Majored in accounting or finance-related discipline

2. Two years' experiences in accountant in a multinational company or an accounting firm

3. Good understanding of Chinese GAAP and China tax law

4. Skilled Excel knowledge, be familiar with ERP financial system

5. Good level of English or French

6. Reliable, accurate, with effective problem-solving skills and ability to work as a good team player

7. Could work under pressure and meet various deadlines
