Halma brought the ophthalmology business into China in the first decade of 21st century. Now we have 5 series of globally recognized products in local market, including Accutome, Keeler, Medicel, MicroSurgical Technology and Volk Optical.

Job Description

Halma China Ophthalmology Business is looking for a strong candidate to help grow the China business, working closely with stakeholders along the healthcare value chain. We are seeking a high caliber commercial specialist to provide first level support to sales function. Ideally the candidate would be based in Shanghai and be fluent in technical English and Chinese. Position would report to General Manager, Halma China Ophthalmology Business directly.

Description of responsibilities:

? Be responsible for the end-to-end process of WOFE operation for ophthalmology

? Externally, lead the custom clearance, order delivery, logistics, payment, contract and after-delivery information feedback with relevant stakeholders

? Internally, coordinate across with various ops co headquarters, local sales and finance for successful WOFE operation process execution

? Manage the inventory with a heathy products line

? Communicate and analyze the sales forecast with the sales team and distributors

? Monitor and balance the inventory and sales forecast and sales volume

? Responsible for dealer orders/ transportation/invoice/customs clearance, and deal with other issues

Required Qualifications:

? Bachelor degree, majored in International Trade, Marketing, Accounting, Finance or Statistics;

? 2+ years related working experience preferred. Outstanding fresh graduates are acceptable

? Excellent communication and coordination skill, ability to interact effectively with people from different functions

? Skilled computer operating. Proficient at Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.

? Detail oriented, committed to deliver the results

? Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight timelines

? Fluent spoken and written English.

Preferred Qualifications:

Sales operation/commercial experience in multi-national company is preferred
