职位描述
Job Description:
- Work as Sales Manager in Huawei sales team to drive FSL RF business in Huawei.
- Work with FSL local team and BU team to drive RF demand creation to increase RF market share and grow up RF business.
- Daily communicate with Huawei Wireless PA team to understand their requirement and solve their problem. Build close relationship to gain trust and credit from them to design FSL RF product into Huawei.
- Manage Huawei RF R&D sample/order/demo/evaluation/forecast and work with FSL FAE/AE/CSR/Marketing to fix technical issue /quality issue /delivery issue/price issue to drive project quick time to market and turn design win into revenue.
- Host workshop and seminar to align roadmap and address technical challenge with Huawei collectively, Collect Huawei feedback to improve NPI.
Qualification:
- Understand RF Power Amplier technology/market/architecture/system.
- Familiar with Huawei wireless RRU/RFU system diagram and application. familiar with Huawei wireless RF R&D team and built good relationship with Huawei working level or executive level.
- Strategic thinking with global view, diligent work style with teamwork spirit, self-motivated with seld-confidence, can work under pressure to achieve stretch goal.
- Fluent English speaking and writing.
- Bachelor is required, Master is preferred.
