Job Summary:

1. Incoming inspection process and shop floor management including ISIR, Series parts and material lab
进货检验过程及现场管理，包含样品检验、批量零件检验以及材料实验室检验
2. inspection planning optimization
检验计划优化

Job Responsibilities:

1. Following with inspection instruction and standards, instruct relevant inspectors to inspect the quality of incoming parts,？ assure the quality to meet standards and requirements. / 根据检验指导书和标准，指导相关检验员及时对进货产品质量进行检验；保证质量符合要求和相应标准。
2. 进货检验现场管理，包括批量零件、样品及实验室
shop floor management of incoming inspection area including series inspection, ISIR and material lab
3. cycle time study for inspection process and create the daily plan then tracking
各检验过程节拍时间分析并制定每日检验计划
4. optimize inspection method and process
优化检验方法及检验过程
5. inspector skill development and training
检验人员技能提升及培训
6. standard documents maintenance, updating and training , eg:？ standard updation, work instruction updation etc,.
标准文件的维护更新及培训，例如：标准，作业指导书等
7.optimize the inspection plan with planner
？优化检验计划
8. build up and maintenance of SMC (shop floor management circle)？ in incoming area
建立并保障进货检验现场的SMC运行
9. measuring tools & equipment？ management
现场量具及测量设备管理

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, Major: Material or Engineering relevant.. be familiar with the inspection method & process.
本科或硕士学历，材料或工程相关专业，熟悉检验相关的方法和流程。
2. Strong shop floor management skills
具备优秀的现场管理能力和方法
3. good material flow understanding
对现场物料流具有深刻的理解
4. good logical thinking, communication and motivation skills
具备良好的逻辑思维能力、沟通能力及团队激励能力
5. good presenting & MS office skills
良好的团队展示及Office技能。
6. Good English communication skills in written and verbal are preferred. 具有良好的英语口头及书面交流能力者优先。
7. Excellent team player and problem solver and be able to work without supervision. / 具有优秀的团队精神和独立解决问题的能力，能够独立工作。
