工作职责:

1.You will be responsible for 3D NAND product engineering array characterization to understand NAND flash cell behavior and optimize product configurations to meet product performance and reliability specs.

2.Need to have comprehensive NAND development knowledge from design, process, device physics, flash cell mechanism, testing, characterization, qualification, application and so on.

3.Need to develop characterization test spec, test methodology and test program for data collection on bench tester and ATE.

4.Be responsible for data analysis, problem solving, testing improvement, and trimming optimization.

5.Work closely with design/process development team to ensure NAND trimmings for cell/device characterization and optimization.

任职资格:

1.Master degree in Microelectronics, Electronics Engineering, Physics Engineering, Materials Engineering, etc.

2.Good at both English and Mandarin, good at self-learning, communication, team work.

3.C/C++/Python coding skill is preferred.

4.Data analysis skill with C/C++, perl, JMP, python, etc is preferred.

5.Related NAND flash working experience is strongly preferred.
