• 办公室BMS系统日常运行管理，包括系统参数设定、设备运行性能监控等；
• 能源管理系统、短信报警系统、灯控系统的管理；
• BMS系统的定期维护工作及系统的常规维修工作；
• 配合及协调BMS厂家的年度维护及紧急维修工作；
• 协助FM其他功能组的工作，如日常维修、ad-hoc work相关安装工作等。

        

要求：

• 大专以上学历，电气控制类或弱电类相关专业，具备3年以上相关工作经验；
• 熟悉西门子BMS系统，动手能力强，能及时有效处理系统出现的相关问题；
• 学习能力强，并有很好的沟通能力，有团队精神；
• 持电工证者优先。
