Responsibilities:
1. Invent new hardware and processes
2. Manage development projects
3. Data reduction and analysis
4. Operate equipment
5. Process and measure semiconductor wafers
6. Publish results internally and externally
7. Keep current with the literature
8. Work closely with marketing to understand new technology trends
9. Travel to customer sites for transfer of technology

Requirements:
1. B.S. or higher degree. in Engineering, preferred with Etch / plasma Fab experience
2. ＞=5years of experience in semiconductor industry with focus on Etch / plasma process development
3. Strong understanding of thermal processing
4. In-depth knowledge of interdependencies between key implant process parameters and electrical characteristics of CMOS devices
5. Hands-on experience with development, qualification, sustaining engineering and troubleshooting of Etch / plasma equipment and processes
6. Effective technical written, verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills are required
7. Able to work independently and conduct experiments to verify hypothesis
8. Be flexible on working hours
