主要职责：

1、协助酿酒师，根据酿造工艺要求完成日常啤酒生产酿造

2、熟练操作酿酒设备，智能工厂操作系统，可对设备进行简单维修；

3、参与新产品的开发，并接受总部的监督、考核；

4.  负责日常鹅岛餐厅啤酒酿造

资质需求

1、专科及以上学历，（生物、酿造、发酵、食品、化学及相关专业），10年啤酒类生产工作经验；

2、熟练掌握酿造的所有生产过程，熟悉精酿酿造设备、工艺及原料相关原理和运用

3、熟悉精酿酿造生产过程中质量、安全、环境等控制点

4、熟练使用各类电脑办公软件

5、有很强的责任感以及团队意识
