1.参与土地规划、物业开发、综合体项目交通方案设计，分析车流及人流动线，规划项目交通设施安排，制定总体交通策略，编制交通影响评估审查报告；

2.参与交通模型项目，采集及分析交通数据，构建交通模型；

3.参与规划项目交通方案设计，分析路网结构及交通设施安排，制定总体交通策略（包括车行交通、慢行交通、公共交通、绿色交通、捷运交通等）；

4.参与公交枢纽规划项目，制定公交导向发展（TOD）以及轨道车站上盖物业开发总体策略，进行轨道线网、车站设计；

5.参与业务推广、项目协调、项目联络工作。

职位要求：

1.交通工程、交通规划、城市规划、交通运输相关专业研究生及以上学历；

2.4-5年或以上相关工作经验；

3.熟练的中文及英文书面写作和沟通交流能力；

4.了解相关专业设计软件；

5.良好的语言表达能力及沟通技巧；

6.具备自主学习态度和能力；

7.学习能力强，能够在工作中不断拓展自己的知识面；

8.良好的团队协作，能够带领同事就确定的目标开展协同工作；

9.具备服务意识，富有责任心，与业主进行良好沟通和关系维护；

10.具备商务敏感性，善于发现机会，协助团队参与业务推广及新业务拓展。
