Responsibilities:

?     Work with frontline together to deeply understand customer coating application, clearly define customer application /material / process / performance requirement etc.

?     Lead his/her team to develop solutions for customer including: material section, formulation development & optimization, simulate customer coating trial running, performance testing, troubleshooting and productivity improvement etc.

?     As for critical issue which happen at customer side, work with his/her team together, develop simulation & testing plan to dig out root causes of critical issue, and find out solutions for customers,

?     Summarize all lab data and generate solutions for frontline, support frontline to promote our coating solution to key customer and key projects to win

?     Work with RD together to validate our new material for coating application and prepare the coating commercial package for frontline and market;

?     To share with his /her expertise with whole ADL team, support to build up one total-solution global team.

?     Manage the Coating lab daily operation and make sure the safe & healthy working environment.

Requirements:

?     Chemistry Major PhD or Equivalent level

?     At least 5 years working experience in the field of coating process which relate with Fluorine polymer chemistry, silicone materials, or polyurethane coating business.

?     Strong chemistry knowledge of organic synthesis, formulation development, coating process , performance testing etc.;

?     Know the whole process of coating application development; have the experience to work with commercial team together to promote our solutions to customer;

?     Strong key project management skill, set right milestone for key project , and delivery result timely & effectively

?    Good lab management & project management skill, cost analysis skill ;

?     Able to work and communicate clearly with internal and external

?     Be open , self-confidence and great team work spirit

?     Strong desires for success, self-motivated, proactively looking for new challenges.

?     Fluent in Chinese + English and ability to communicate in both languages locally and globally.
