Your Profile :

• Bachelor or master degree
• Good communication skills with workable English speaking
• Above 3 years of related logistic experience
• SAP Experience is preferred

Your Responsibilities  :

• Creating the purchase order, undertaking material availability analyses, expediting purchasing and supply sources in order to guarantee timely availability of materials.
• Design & implement the logistics concept & deliver logistics project relevant aspects (packaging, transports, customs clearing service).
• Analysis logistics frame conditions (import and export transport, customer contract, certificates, dangerous goods etc.) and develop the process with necessary.
• RFQ and negotiation, update calculation of logistics costs, evaluate logistics risk to mitigate.
• Negotiate and coordinate individual logistics contracts (PTC) with logistics service providers (LSP).
• Tracing the order and delivery processes of suppliers and timely take corrective measures.
• Tracing NCR and complete the claiming.
• Review of bill of quantity and sourcing concept.
• Undertaking monitoring of inventory levels for maintaining, investing and intelligent logistical management in order to guarantee high supply levels with min. inventories in a cost-effective way.
• Checking the content of supplier invoices in order to identify differences and obtain clarification
• Operating or supporting supplier management scheme by passing on information in order to obtain the best performance from suppliers.
• Actively contributing to cooperation with all others involved and with interface partners and forwarding all relevant information in order to keep themselves and others informed and create an optimum logistics chain.
