Responsibilities

The Group Financial Planning & Analysis has the responsibility of working closely with all business functions and global sites to:

Monthly Analysis and Reports

·         Assist with financial reporting process.

·         Track record and analyze R&D expense, analysis & investigate reasons of significant variances and take proper action if needed.

·         Assists in establishment and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators for business.

·         Provide relevant data required to make key business decisions and assist in providing insight during regular operating reviews with leadership team.

Annual Operating Plan and Quarterly Forecast

·         Assist with budgeting process, assist financial analysis manager in making annual/semi-annual budget preparation work.

·         Assist with monthly financial analysis and cash flow forecast.

·         Implement process improvements to reduce finance business process cycle times, improve financial forecast quality, and enhance information provided to senior management for making daily operating decisions.

Others

·         Assist in external audit by providing the required information.

·         Assist in business partner with product management to resolve various business process issues.

·         Other duties as assigned by the finance director.

 

 

 

Requirements

·         Years of experience in similar role 2+ years, experience in Biotech industry preferred.

·         Excellent skill on MS Excel, Powerpoint

·         English proficiency in speaking and written preferred， and attention to detail;

·         Experience in SAP and data analytical tools such as PowerBI preferred

·         A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a similar field, proficient in SAP;
