Job Responsibilities:
1. Support on the quality inspection of all products in China, sample inspection.
2. Support on customer complaint for all shops in the country, arrangement and management of all follow-up after sample inspection.
3. Gather the labelling and quality information from trading company, keeping the database and communicate with warehouse/shop staff on necessary actions to take.
4. Support on labelling and quality check on imported goods to make them ready to sell.
5. Good knowledge on quality compliance in China related to garments and accessories.

Qualifications:
1. More than 3 years of quality control retail experience.
2. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, able to bear hardships and respect deadlines.
3. College degree or technical school, related majors in quality control.
4. Rigorous work attitude, good communication skills, organizational coordination ability, cost awareness.
5. Able to adapt to overtime and have a hard working spirit.
