Job Purpose:

The Robotics Technical Support is a clinical education & technical professional role for Robotics business development, which will be accountable to provide qualified product introduction, demonstration and support surgery cases within customer learning curve, and train the OR team to be qualified with further OR supporting. 

During this educational process he would guarantee customer recognition, patient safety, and maximize business opportunity in his responsible region. The role will be led by Robotics business development manager and work closely with Robotics capital sales and Recon team on sustainable business opportunity catching and long term customer satisfaction. Also, the role should have the capability to be trained with further new products and support new product launch on this technology-driven business.

Main Tasks

? Enrich the value proposition of Robotics products in a clinical benefit view and deliver high quality presentation/demo workshops to clinical stakeholders in target accounts

? Onsite surgery support in OR for potential or new customers within learning curve (first 5-10 cases) at the point of clinical evaluation / installation

? Train the surgical team(surgeons, nurses, Recon sales & distributors) with qualified product knowledge and technical skills for independent surgery after learning curve

? Trouble shooting and consulting on product questions and technical issues to customers and recon team

? Conduct internal and external trainings to Recon colleagues and business partner

? Collect information on technique FAQ, surgical case report and publish newsletters to recon sales and customers

? Trained with further new products and be qualified to support new product launch activities

Experience & Qualifications

This role targets at candidates with strong technical knowledge, rich clinical experience and good presentation skill in joint reconstruction, better with Robotics or Navigation technical experience. The candidates may have a background on training, technical support, marketing, medical education, and sales on medical industry.

This role requires a professional attitude and behavior on medical education and surgery quality, taking a hands-on approach to demonstrate the value of this cutting-edge technology.

Detailed criteria:

? Sincere, friendly with team work spirits

? Self-motivated, result-driven, eagerness to learn and grow with a goal in mind

? Bachelor’s degree or above, medical profession is preferred

? Strong technical understanding in joint reconstruction to handle advanced discussions through hands on workshops and surgeries

? 5years or above clinical or commercial experience in joint reconstruction, better with Robotics or navigation experience

? Excellent presentation skills in Mandarin, a good level of English is preferred

? Record in winning trust of surgeons, nurses and colleagues

? Demonstrated effectiveness in introducing new products to the market

? Demonstrated fast learning abilities on new knowledge and skills

? Proficiency in MS PowerPoint

? Good activity organizational skills

? Expected to travel 50~60% of the time within China
