- Client is an international premium auto brand in Shanghai, selling imported brands for China market.

Mission & Main Tasks

- Digital Architecture Manager is responsible for planning and designing the entire digital architecture (digital platforms, systems and channels) in China to offer premium and seamless customer experience

Roles & Responsibility

[ Roles ]

1. Client is currently building its own digital architecture. The basic frame was designed according to the direction of Global Genesis digital strategy, build Chinese-specified design is necessary, and he/she will be in charge of planning and updating GMC digital architecture

2. Based on understanding client's overall business strategy and action plan, he/she will modify or newly build digital platforms to meet the requirements from business teams (Sales/Marketing/Service/etc.)

- Especially, understanding and expertise of 'Salesforce' platform, which is our core business platform, is required

[ Responsibilities ]

1. Manage and update Salesforce(and related systems) platform customised for client's business with operation vendor

2. Client digital architecture optimisation (Newly add / modify / change platforms and systems)

3. Plan and develop 'Mobile Sales APP' which help sales staff to consult customer easily in showroom

4. Other tasks assigned by line managers.

Job Requirements

- Strong ownership and responsibility for his/her work

- Supportive attitude and capability to efficiently communicate with other people

- Attitude to pre-plan and make suggestions proactively

- Challenging and achievement oriented attitude (Avoid egoistic and defensive attitudes)

Background - Education / Working Experience

- Bachelor's degree (major in statistics or computer science)

- Manager-level title with more than 5 years’ experiences in planning and managing digital business

- Experience in automotive business or consulting the automotive industry is essential

- Experience in Salesforce OR similar systems related to B2C retail business, is essential

- Prefer digital architecture planning and design experience in retail industry

- Requires planning ability to understand business innovation using digital, not IT technicians and programmers

- Prefer experience in multiple digital projects that require interface

Professional Skills - Knowledge & Skills & Others (Certification etc.)

- Professional project management skill for digital projects with vendors (schedule, communication, coordination)

- Having the ability to think, structure and plan strategically

- Strong ability to create and present reporting documents (PPT, excel, word ...)

- Ability to translate business requirements into the language needed for digital development

Language Skills

-Fluent English is essential
