POSITION OBJECTIVE

Establish the EC operational rules and policies for traditional payment and innovative payment products 

JOB DESCRIPTION

(1) Responsible for establishing the network operational policies for traditional and innovative payment products including XML, QR, Credit , Recurring, NFC, digital wallet ,etc.

(2) Ability to harmonize local and cross-border polices to ensure interoperability 

(3) Ability to interpret relevant regulation guideline and reflect the insights in network policies 

(4) Ability to train participants on bi-annual basis 

JOB REQUIREMENT

（1）Relevant experience in card network or payment industry

（2）Comprehensive knowledge of network rules and policies for both traditional network and innovative products ,etc 

（3）Familiar with payment related regulation guideline 

（4）fluent with mandarin and English

（5）Self-starter and be Outcome focused.
