• Conduct educational funnel activities and provide technique support for CAS/Robotics business development
• Conduct internal (to recon sales& marketing) and external (to target customers) training
• Actively prospect to identify high potential customers for CSM by collaborating closely with Recon sales and marketing team
• Onsite clinical support in theater for new accounts within learning curve(1-2 weeks) at point of purchase/ delivery
• Train the surgical team(surgeons, nurses, Recon sales & distributors) of new accounts with qualified CAS clinical technique for independent surgery after learning curve
• Trouble shooting and post-sale service on product and technique issues
• Drive CAS/Robotics pull-through disposable and Recon implant sales, track clinical and commercial performance
• Enrich the value proposition of CAS products in a clinical benefit view and deliver high quality presentation/technical workshops to clinical stakeholders in target accounts
• Develop new account technical service SOP and publish monthly technique FAQ newsletters to recon sales and customers
• Support BDM on business report and plan
