职位描述

  • Develop and execute acquiring business strategy plans, including functional and company priorities; Impact result in team level.
  • Build up solid and constructive relationship with domestic acquiring banks and key merchants to push acceptance and innovation products implementation.
  • Work with external clients (acquiring banks and key merchants) and partners (solution vender, merchant ISO etc.) at all levels to rollout acceptance and manage E2E implementation process.
  • Responsible for the growth and measurable delivery of merchant number
  • Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles by delivering professional acceptance training with risk management, rules and policy to local acquirers, key merchants and other partners.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to align acquiring business strategy, guarantee the feasibility.
  • Get external feedback and conduct market research, proactively provide suggestion on acquiring strategy.
  • Teamwork with internal teams across different functions to deliver and maximize value of prospects.
  • Result driven role and emphasize the process as well. Applies in-depth understanding of how own discipline integrates within the function
  • Identifies and resolves complex technical, operational and organizational problems.


  • Recognized Bachelor degree or above preferably in Business, IT or economics.
  • Minimum 8 years Sales or Project management experience in payment industry is must.
  • Deep understanding of payment industry and ecosystem.
  • Strong relationship management skill at multi-level with different levels of different parties.
  • Communication. Excellent oral and written communication skills, in particular the ability to analyze & explain complex matters clearly and concisely to external counterpart and internal stakeholders.
  • Professional poise. Maintains grace under pressure and demonstrates the ability to impart discipline and calm to stressful situations. Holds their own in live discussions where differing views are expressed.
  • Can-do attitude and think-out-of-box mindset. Optimistic to the challenges and difficulties with passion and confidence. Actively probe different approach to find a solution with can-do attitude. Strategic and creative thinking is needed to pave a way to the success.
  • A self-starter who takes ownership. Takes the initiative to learn and work independently rather than passively. Do what needs to be done and what is right.
  • Build effective relationships and credibility throughout the company.
  • Manage workload by prioritization and personal organization.
