职位描述
工作职责
1. 及时跟踪客户的信息反馈或投诉，协调公司内部资源，协助并确保服务团队完成客户投诉处理。
2. 新客户的服务申请确认并快速递交给服务部门，做好客户沟通并协调服务计划的安排。
3. 协助服务团队完成服务计划编制, 并不断优化服务计划以提升服务效率。
4. 服务数据的核查和确认，确保数据的正确性和一致性。
5. 遵循并实施公司运营相关的政策及流程，完成相关部门间的协调工作。
职位要求
1. 大专或以上学历，专业不限
2. 细心，耐心，有责任心
3. 良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力
4. 有营运经验者优先
