Business Development Manager Water Treatment

Workload:
Your tasks
- Investigate and identify new business opportunities in the Chinese water market, formulate corresponding new industry business development plans, and participate in the planning and formulation of long-term strategies for China's business. Guide and support the local sales team in China to explore new markets and achieve short-term and long-term business goals.
- Work closely with the global business development team to communicate the situation of the Chinese market, actively participate in and organize business development opportunities surveys and seminars on the Chinese market, to ensure that China's market needs and business development opportunities are fully reflected and reflected in the global business development strategy.
- According to the long-term development strategy of the Chinese market, work closely with the BU Asia innovation team to actively promote innovative activities in new markets that conform to the strategic direction, play the role of innovation as a strategic pillar, and help local sales teams achieve innovative business development goals.
- Capture the needs of customers in emerging markets, actively promote the development of new products by the product management department and the Asia Tech Center, and work with industry sales leaders and marketing departments to work together to formulate and implement new product commercialization plans.
- Cooperate with the strategic M&A team at the headquarters to promote strategic acquisitions in the Chinese market based on business development.
- Develop strategic partnerships, and maintain and enhance strategic partnerships.
Your profile
- Bachelor degree or above in national full-time university, major in Instrumentation, Measurement, Water Treatment or Water Supply and Drainage engineering, Industrial Automation. MBA education is preferred.
- More than 6 years of work experience in the water industry, process control, environmental protection and municipal engineering industries, more than 3 years of business development experience, and work experience in foreign companies.
- Familiar with state policies and industry standards in related industries. It has specifically promoted business development in new industries and marketization of new products and achieved certain results. Have exchanges with relevant industry associations.
- Have certain market research and industry analysis capabilities.
- Fluent in reading, writing, listening and speaking of English.
- Proficency in using MS office softwares.
- Able to adapt to frequent domestic and international business trips.
- Have strategic thinking, strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, proactive work and dedication.
- Self-learning ability, self-management and self-motivation, and ability to resist stress.
- Have pioneering spirit.
