Job Responsibilities:

® Manage and execute all facets of recruiting life cycle including candidate sourcing, presentation, selection, offer, negotiation and closing

® Source and recruit candidates for all technical positions

® Build candidate pipelines to fill current and anticipated vacancies by developing and maintaining a network of quality contacts and referrals

® Maintain current and thorough knowledge of all labor categories and positions within the Company, and the skills, knowledge and abilities required for those positions

® Effectively engage, pursue, and convert candidates

® Enhance staffing decisions using business and functional expertise and persuasive communication

® Secure commitment for strategic recruitment plans and hiring recommendations

® Manage and coordinate communications with candidates during the interview and hiring process

® Maintain accurate and fully compliant documentation on all candidates search and selection processes.

Qualifications:

® Minimum of 1 year of Information Technology recruiting experience or any related technical recruiting experience

® Experience managing the full life cycle recruiting process

® Proficient in Chinese and knows the China market

® Mid-Level English communications skills

® Exceptional customer service and facilitation skills along with a professional, polished demeanor

® Experience communicating with senior leadership

® Demonstrated ability to function/recruit on a national, multi-location basis

® Proven performer who has a record of success supporting large professional organizations

® Ability and experience to articulate complex and in-depth concepts along with exceptional negotiation and closing skills.

® Must have a strong professional network and be motivated to utilize outside sources

® Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment

® Commitment to quality, fairness and professionalism

® Recruiting in a staffing/VMS environment

® Strong relationship building skills.
