Jobs overview:

Responsible for the entire customer order management from order entry to delivery including returns. Be the only interface to customer for all issues regarding order and logistics support.

In your new role you will:

1. Familiar with logistics concept such as consignment, forecast planning, VMI/SMI. 

2. Requires to be the regional logistics coordinator for product related topics.

3. Strong initiative to lead projects to improve quality customer satisfaction 

Operational CLM_General Purpose / Objective:

1. Retain customer by being the first point of contact for demand fulfillment topics. 　

2. Striving for continuous improvement/optimization of customer logistics topics (processes, tools, concepts) aligned to Infineon’s business strategies and objectives.

3. Build & maintain good cooperation to Infineon internal partner, providing value-add information & services.

4. Handles all customer order management considering customer needs, Infineon capabilities, implemented logistics concepts & agreements and legal requirements (SOX).

5. Interfacing to customer and ensuring in-time delivery to customers based on orders and forecasts to achieve customer satisfaction.

6. Optionally to take over advanced tasks with either customer-, product- or process-focus. 

Basic Order Management contents: 

1. Order and forecast entry into SAP incl. schedule agreements & end customer assignment

2. Order- and forecast confirmation / -processing

3. Initiation of shipments incl. handling of emergency shipments

4. Order change management / cancellation & rescheduling

5. Order tracking, early warnings and order improvements

6. Internal & external relationship building / communication

7. Operational EDI handling incl. workflows

8. RMA interface to customer and Return center 

9. Customer basic data interface to Corp PL & CMD: delivery stop, delivery address, incoterms, forwarder, Sales Group etc.

10. Data maintenance: material determination-, substitute-, exclusion list

11. Execution of allocation management acc. to allocation process 

12. Lead time communication towards the customers 

13. KPI self assessment
