工作职责:

General Summary

？ This role is Associate Director, Project Management (PM) for Company

s Full Service CRO, business in Mainland China and Hong Kong, and for managing all proposals for Company’s three business lines.

？ Responsible for the management & leadership of full-service project teams, and with Human Resources (HR) and Training, also responsible for recruiting and training all proposals staff, Project Manager (PM) and Associate PM.

？ Responsible for coordinating all proposals for Company Strategic Solutions, Global Clinical Informatics, Functional Service Provider, Medical, Scientific & Regulatory Affairs, and Full Service CRO businesses

？ Mentors and leads all PMs, Associate PM, and support staff in the Project Management Team, and supports the day-to-day PM operations in all Full-Service Trials

？ Maintains appropriate resources and manages utilization at least every week to maximize Quality and Revenue

？ Adheres to Quality Management System (QMS) metrics collection and quality management practices

？ Provides leadership in the implementation of Company quality initiatives and business processes

？ Achieves management goals and objectives within the framework of company vision, policies, and philosophy

？ This role reports to the Sr. Director, PM.

Accountabilities

？ Sets overall direction, strategy and performance standards for Project Management functions within Full Service CRO to ensure operational metrics, quality, and project profitability targets are achieved or exceeded

？ Schedules and revues project tasks with functional and business leaders to ensure that all projects, and service milestones are delivered on time and to budget, and to high quality service product standards

？ Ensures that services provided to clients are compliant with Company

s policies, procedures, SOPs, ICH-GCPs, client contractual expectations, and country specific regulatory requirements

？ Manages operational budgets for all projects with Finance Analyst support, but with particular focus on headcount and billable Vs non-billable cost for each project

？ Mentors and develops employees to expand employee performance levels and assure retention of high performing Company Project Management employees

？ Ensures appropriate employee resources are available to meet corporate & client & project objectives while achieving optimal billability of Company Project Management staff

？ Accurately projects resource needs to ensure timely hiring of Project Management staff

？ Adjusts resource al"location" to project work and project teams

？ Establishes processes and participates in Company

s Quality Process Management continuous improvements by assuring that Project Management quality metrics align with company, client, and clinical operations objectives

？ Provides inputs to proposals for project bids, and discrete functional service bids to ensure all projects & services will be managed within contractually agreed upon schedules and budgets

？ Manages Proposals Manager & other commercial staff as necessary to ensure high quality proposals generation. Recruiting new staff & reorganizing the project management & proposals team will be a priority for this role.

？ Provides guidance & coordination for Proposals so that they are delivered on time with high quality

？ Participates in client presentations and or bid defense meetings in Greater China or overseas as required

？ At least 30% travel including overseas travel is to be expected

任职资格:

Qualifications

？ Undergraduate degree in clinical science or health-related from an accredited institution is required

？ Advanced degree at Masters or Doctorate level is preferred

？ Significant experience in Project Management, but more than 5 years, of hands on clinical project management is required

？ Experiences with computerized information systems, word processing such as Word, presentation software such as PowerPoint, and electronic spreadsheets and databases such as ExCel are required

？ International overseas experience and preferred Global Clinical Development experience is required

？ Substantial experience, but at least 5 years, of managing professional clinical staff is required

？ Thorough knowledge of ICH, GCRP, and Greater China regulatory authority drug development regulations is required

？ Read, write, and speak fluent English and Mandarin is required
