职位描述
· Works deals assigned to the sales team supported, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit, or as directed by the sales manager.
· Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the company.
· Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer company. Adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support.
· Coordinates closely with internal teams to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
· Secures from customer technical staff commitments needed to ensure a deal’s “technical close.”
· Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth
· Provides coaching and professional development to team-member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
· Pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms. Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and advanced.
· Monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure.
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years of sales or sales engineering experience in a business-to-business, large/strategic customer segment
- Prior work experience in a Consulting/Architecture position within a software and/or services company such as Microsoft, Amazon, VMware, AliCloud desired
- Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences (including Senior Executives, IT management, technical experts).
- Capable of building and sustaining strong technical relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and to lead and influence virtual teams with the goal of successful implementation of customer projects
- Ability to solve customer problems through cloud technologies
- Fluent written and oral Chinese and English skills
- Technical
- Experience on mobile device/application management solution delivery experience, Microsoft Intune is preferred
- Very familiar with Microsoft Office 365 product family
- Familiar with Azure Active Directory
- The technical aptitude and experience to learn new technologies and understand relevant cloud trend
- Experience on data center operation and maintenance
