Halma brought the ophthalmology business into China in the first decade of 21st century. Now we have 5 series of globally recognized products in local market, including Accutome, Keeler, Medicel, MicroSurgical Technology and Volk Optical.
Job Description
Halma China Ophthalmology Business is looking for a strong candidate to help grow the North China business, working closely with NSD and distributors in regions. We are seeking a high caliber Regional Sales Manager to deliver the sales target as well as outgrow the market. Ideally the candidate would be based in Beijing. Position would report to National Sales Director, Halma China Ophthalmology Business directly.
1. Be accountable for the achievement of the sales target
? Develop the business/sales strategies & action plan in the assigned territory to ensure the sustainable growth in targeted product lines
? Build critical relationship with key customers and solid Key accounts plan and monitor the progress closely
? Proactively Collect competitive/industrial intelligence in market and share insight with the team
2. Develop and maintain a solid & capable channel network to support business growth through an effective channel management
? Manage distributor network to achieve sales target in region
? Response distributor commercial support on orders,dealership, tenders, and other sales events
? Manage distributor inventory to forecast sales monthly
? Actively review business progress and support needed with the distributors to improve their capabilities
? Effectively communicate selling strategy to the distributor teams to ensure its implementation
? Develop and Optimize the distributing Channel. Proactively build distributors pool to have enough potential business partners for both penetration and expansion
3. Execute marketing programs and local marketing activities
? Support in National Level Marketing Programs
? Help to set up local sales and marketing tactics and execute local marketing events like seminar, training course and workshop
? Provide the product training for local distributors
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree in healthcare related majors, and medical degree highly preferred
? 3+ years in medical device business in medical device industry, prefer Ophthalmology industry
? Proven result and skill in sales
? Result driven, strong adaptability and learning agility
? Be with great Passion for developing talent and achieving higher goals
? Good business acumen and strategic thinking to capture revenue opportunities & financial impacts related to the key actions
? Strong communication skills, good interacting skill with clients and colleague
? Excellent reputation for Integrity
