Responsibility:

1. Cooperate with team leader, complete knowledge transfer

2. Complete DTPs during transition period, and perform the first round review

3. Prepare performance reports (SLA/KPI...), seek review by team leader

4. Complete daily and month end closing tasks independently

5. Backup with team leader for RTR related tasks

6. Cooperate with team leader to analyze process and make change

Skill Requirement:

1. Accounting major; 5 years GL experience(closing/FA/IC/reporting); 2 years team management experience is better (over 5 people)

2. SSC/BPO experience is better

3. Good English on speaking, reading and writing

4. Good at Excel/Word and PPT usage
