What is your mission?    

As an Accountant you will be working with TDCX to deliver #happier customer experience.     

You are also required to perform these job functions:    

●  Lead AP team to daily transaction；    

●  Verify invoices and other details received, contact procurement team or vendor to solve invoice issue in ;    

●  Make Invoice Receipt entry booking, arrange AP payments according to payment term appointed in PO;    

●  Review advance items ,avoid double payments and follow settlement invoices;    

●  Maintenance the AP function and Master data function of SAP system;    

●  Monthly AP entry filling;    

●  Maintenance the FA system;    

●  Handle VAT-input verification;    

●  Other assigned monthly closing report preparation;    

●  Actively participate in the month-end closing process, ensuring compliance with Corporate and statutory       requirements.    

●  Good communication with all other related departments and keep in communication for finance issues.    

● Other job or tasks assigned by line manager.    

Who are we looking for?    

●  Bachelor’s degree in accounting    

●  AP processing experience and 3- 4years of relevant experiences;    

●  SAP/other ERP system experiences;    

●  Requires strong attention to detail;   

●  Good organizational and prioritization skills;    

●  The ability to work independently with minimum supervision, a self-starter;    

●  Good team player with a positive outlook, can work under pressure;    

●  Junior Level Accountant;
