POSITION SUMMARY

- Play the role as a bridge between the customers and the overseas counter parties. Assist Manager to monitor the key account service team to achieve the customer's business goals.  

              

PRINCIPLE DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Be responsible for day to day operations specially for Key Account , and ensure daily operation is conducted in accordance with the SOP.

- Assist the manager to streamline the on-site customer service procedure to ensure the service standards meet or exceed customer's requirement by providing excellent performance. 

- Assist Manager to handle special case for instance, OEM to OEM directly shipment.

- Assist manager to ensure that profitability of the account grows dramatically by expanding current services and adding new services.

- Create extraordinary customer satisfaction by taking the customer's perspective, anticipating customer needs and focusing internal and external resources to provide unique, totally satisfying service.

- Develop and maintain a strong business relationship and serve as the primary communication link between the customer, OEM, trucking company, as well as with front line personnel in the various operations divisions and teams.

- Be responsible for preparing relevant reports.

- Data entry in system accurately and generate various reports from system if required.

- Act as the back up in case any team member is not available.  

JOB SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE

Academic:

- College or above.

Experience & knowledge:

- Over 5 years relative working experience in shipping/logistics industry.

- CET6 or above.

- Good English, both writing and spoken.

Attribute:

- Good communication skills.

- Sense of customer service.

- Can be work under pressure.

- Time management skills.

- Teamwork sprit.
