This is a OEM Regional Sales Engineer role reporting to the Sales Manager in the Business Area – Motion, Drive Products located in Shanghai, China.
- Selling ABB drive products on OEM business in Eastern Region, to achieve the growth 15MRMB in this area for ABB drive products within 18 months.
- Focusing on the development of new customers and application, esp.in OEM business, making reasonable schedule and plan of customer visiting for sales business.
- Developing and maintaining the local OEM channel network, strengthening the area coverage of business, supporting partners to develop their business.
- Improving and maintaining the relationship with customers, providing timely solutions for customers about their need and concern.
- Providing technical support and product training to partners and customers, showing willingness to pick up extra jobs.
- Doing market study to understand the local drives products market; giving timely feedback on development plan and competitors and market changes to the company.
- Following up the industry trends, identifying the industry needs, technology and various applications, completing other tasks assigned by your superior, helping to collect the product information and promoting product improvement with perfection.

- Must have a bachelor’s degree or above with major in background of technology, Graduated Electrical engineering, Automation.
- Must have 3-4 years’ experience in Application, commissioning experience using machinery drive products, with technical and sales experience in OEM business. At least 2-3 years of Motion products sales experience.
- English above CET-4.
- Should be good at MS office, AutoCAD, PLC programing
- Must have a pleasant personality, be active, able to work under high pressure, have good communication skills, quick learning abilities and team working skills.
