OP General
The Infineon Operations is a full service organization working to best meet internal and external customer demands. Its first priority is to maintain and further improve the valuable existing cooperation between the divisions and manufacturing as well as Purchasing, Quality Management and Supply Chain. This will contribute to achieving the desired value-added in the new integrated organization (frontend, backend, testing, planning). This is our way toward greater productivity and innovation, enabling us to gain a lead over our competitors.

In your new role you will:

• Regional Customs Competence Center and Governance for GC, including Mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan

• Functional leadership Customs in Greater China

• Responsibility for customs processes within region
• Evaluation and definition of Customs requirements for regional delivery flows

• Customs topics within mergers and acquisitions

• Evaluation of Customs master data reflecting tariff opinion in the region, like HS code, CoO/MCO

• Full responsibility including both operation management and supervisory

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• With 4-year Bachelor Degree
• More than 10 years of professional experience with excellent knowledge of GC customs regulations, programs and relationships with GC customs and other major stakeholders, including 5+ years of solid leadership experience

• Preferably basic technical and semi-conductor industry know-how, paired with high degree of analytical thinking involving high complexity and driving solutions

• Team player with very good presentation and communication skills

• Cultural diversity, collaborating with cross cultural teams

• Strive for excellence, be ambitious and mange risks and focus on the customer

• English language fluently, contract negotiation capabilities
