This is an OEM Regional Sales Engineer role reporting to the Sales Manager in the Business Area – Motion, Drive Products located in Guangzhou, China.

- Being responsible for the Drives Products selling, such as Drives, PLC and Servo,etc. to achieve the regional order target.
- Maintaining the existing OEM customers, developing and supporting the channel partners to develop the new OEM customers.
- Developing new channel partners.
- Studying and collecting the drives marketing information for reginal and industry planning.
- Having strong market and OEM customers exploring abilities, strong leadership and good team-spirit.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- Must have a bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 5 years or above relevant selling experience.
- Must be familiar with the drives market.
- Must have good channel partners developing and management abilities, should work rigorously and seriously, with consciousness and self-discipline, strong executive force.
- Should be able to adapt to frequent business trips, comfortable to work under high pressure and have business exploring spirit.
- Good communication skills and problem-solving skills, fluency in Chinese expression ability and have English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability as well as good knowledge on office software.
