This is a Production Engineer role reporting to the Production Development Manager in the Business Area - Robotics & Discrete Automation located in Shanghai, China.

- Supporting production line solve common issue in daily production, working on tooling and fixture maintenance.
- Creating working instructions for our products, optimizing workshop layout and creation of layout drawings, bill of material by Solid works and AUTOCAD.
- Performing continuous improvement projects regarding our production cost and quality of our products.
- Arranging training according to our working instructions base on ECO, DTO or NPI, working with safety in our production area and take action to avoid safety risk.
- Supporting quality department for root cause analysis for quality issues, supporting assembly line 6S and supporting suggestion box & ergo improvement.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- Must be a Bachelor of Science with major in Manufacturing, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering.
- Must have at least 3 to 5 years similar working experience in similar manufacturing company. Preferred experience in mechanical production support.
- Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
- Experience of working in Microsoft Office, Solid works, Auto cad.
- High levels of energy and self-motivation, open and direct in communication skills.
