-    Manage CSQ team and develop team competency, build the quality culture in plant

-    Lead to capture customer voice proactively and drive actions to improve customer satisfaction

-    Drive the process robustness improvement to guarantee the product process

-   Manage end to end process quality control planning and execution, and monitor quality performance about customer perception quality, process defect rate and Non Quality Cost.

-   In charge of supplier quality management to control the raw material in process

-   Lead to handle reactive customer complaint and drive improvement actions to permanently prevent the re-occurrence.

-   Early involve into new project to prepare for welcoming new process with good quality level

-   Promote quality culture in plant to develop a continual improvement environment of in every process.

Education:Bachelor or above

Job Related Experience: 5 years or above working experience in Quality area at Mechanical or Electric Industry

Business Understanding: Quality or Technical area at MV switchgear industry

Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):

-Mandarin & English;

-Strong communication and management skills;

-Electro-mechanic industry technical background
