Work location: a premium OEM, seating system team

Task and objective:

Data management：

- Data preparation for Smaragd system according to OEM specification;

- Data pull down and upload to Smaragd within the Citrix environment;

- Maintenance the data in the specified snapshots with right level;

- Support OEM engineer on technical Feasibility check and analysis;

- Support OEM engineer on technical solution preparation;

- Technical documentation preparation for report and achievement.

Project management:

- Regular meetings with supplier, make sure the supplier part status can meet the project

mile stone;

- Check and follow up the test progresses with supplier, make sure on-time release of

parts;

- Define optimization measures and follow up the optimization progress together with

suppliers.

- Make sure the data and documentation E, P and KEQS at the right status;

- Follow up the ramp up in JV, assist in open issues and problem solving;

- Cooperative with testing colleagues, solve the possible sub system failures.

Communication:

- Daily coordination/execution within RD;

- Adjustment work with Quality and Procurement;

- Adjustment work with suppliers;

- Information exchange and technical knowhow update with JV partners;

Requirement:

- Strong motivation and sense of responsibility

- Skilled in NX or other design software

- Good understanding of seating system and product development processes

- Good communication skills

- Good English skills oral and written

- Good Microsoft office skill (Office, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
