Agilent Enterprise Service Data Analyst is primarily responsible for managing and providing the data-driven insights for enterprise service. As a Data Analyst, you will collaborate with Agilent Enterprise service team to sort, analyze and summarize different kinds of service data, design and develop enterprise level customer review slides, furtherly support Program Manager or other team members to practice consulting service and enhance customer experience. An Enterprise Service Data Analyst will be responsible for improving the account review quality of major enterprise-wide services accounts, tracking the account review implementation plan and results by effectively collaborating with delivery team, sales team and any other cross-functions.

An Enterprise Service Data Analyst: 

• Works on project management assignments with broadly defined objectives. 
• Collect and sort different kinds of service data.
• Analyze and summarize data-driven instruments or lab operation insights.
• Assists implementation of complex integrated service delivery solutions.  
• Is responsible for the success of the overall Enterprise service account review. 
• Coordinates internal and external project team members' inputs and contribution.  
• Is responsible for tracking account review implementation plan and ensuring superior customer experience.

Qualifications: 

 

Enterprise Service Data Analyst competencies must include: 

* Bachelor or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent.

* 2 to 5 years of laboratory instrumentation support and/or customer service experience. 

* Ability to mathematical statistics and data analysis, familiar use with Excel & PPT. Experience in PowerBI, Qlik, and SQL is preferred.

* Ability to manage and understand laboratory instrument service and maintenance business (process & financial). 

* Strong customer focus with a customer first mindset. 

* Strong business acumen skills. 

* Effective collaboration skills. 

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
