Position Description: ? Parts Sales Service Supply Chain Management§ Design effective forecast to supply process and supply business model. § Support parts sales to achieve the shipment and revenue target.§ Supply Performance management with Planning and cross functional support.§ Material cost reduction for the competences, and Excess & Obsolete/Logistics cost mgmt and reduction.§ Enable Service Supply Chain E2E model and process to support new selling opportunities.? Premier & Premium Service Supply Chain management§ Manage overall Supply Chain OTD, PAL performance.§ Daily fulfill and control backlog to improve problem solving and deduct aged backlog.§ Keep paced of biz development and make tailored country differentiation strategy and facilitate implementation.§ Work with cross functions to build up E2E Service Supply Chain foundation of system and process to scale biz.? Other upsell offerings§ Gain deep insights of biz development and its impact on Service Supply Chain.§ Drive Service Supply Chain E2E readiness to be the enabler of upsell biz. Position Requirement:? Bachelor degree or above? Over 8-10 years supply chain background, perferred in Service Supply Chain.? Global Thinking to identify the process gap to design more effective business model and process to support the business huge growth? Strategy thinking to identify the chance to reduce the End to End cost for business competiveness? Good communication skills, strong pressure resistance? SQL or database development background preferred ? Excellent written and spoken English
