职位描述

Job Responsibilities：

1. Set Up QC Procedure: Learn about the team needs and set up the QC process

2. Implement QC Visit: Independently implement the QC visit and follow up till the all findings closed. Support the study team to solve the findings.

3. Coordinate QC by PM and CRO: Provide necessary support to study team’s own co-visits and help the team to do the co-visits better.

4. Organize Trainings: Learn the team training needs and deliver/organize trainings.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above. Major in medicine, pharmacology, biology, or related.

2. Have site monitoring experience, and QC or QA working experience.

3. Have capability to independently set up QC process for the department, and can independently implement the QC visit and help the study team to follow up and solve the QC findings.

4. Have good team working and communication skills.
