职位描述

Lead analytical and computer modeling efforts, coordinate complex and strategic initiatives and projects, and recommend actions with the objective to ensure effective market penetration, account development and yield enhancement.

    

Responsibilities :

  Analysis and Reporting   

  • Ensure that appropriate analyses, trend highlights, and recommendations are
    provided and reviewed with management on a regular basis; develop new decision analysis models and systems; interface models and programs to graphic packages; direct and develop regular and ad-hoc analytical reports, including automated information systems or computer programs; prepare and present reports and briefings to organizations and individuals in various countries in order to enable management to make sound business decisions and streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and to maximize revenues.

  Programs and Activities   

  • Advise Management in determining needs of revenue generating sales programs
    in order to ensure effectiveness of Field and/or Global Sales to achieve objectives of account and yield development. Actively lead in the planning and maintaining regional incentive program and advise Management in matters pertaining to sales compensation in order to ensure accurate performance reporting is reflected and employees are motivated.

  Planning and Strategy   

  • Lead efforts on monitoring revenue performance; develop conceptual framework
    and business and mathematical models to accurately assess performance and drive sales volume and revenue in order to ensure effective market penetration, account development and yield enhancement. Act as lead in developing strategies and tactics, and monitoring its effectiveness in order to ensure strong market penetration and revenue generation

  Tools, Aids and Systems   

  • Examine information systems to enhance flexibility for sales professionals within current system limitations; define data needs and create databases that can be updated regularly, and provide means for accurate and quick analysis; establish interface between those databases to model specific situation in order to streamline processes and to support analysis.

  Communications And Events   

  • Acts as lead in defining overall communications needs, recommending communication strategies; ensure high-quality communication deliverables including publications, speeches and presentations; overseeing on–going monitoring of the effectiveness of communication efforts and reviewed with management; plan and coordinate APAC wide divisional sales events and programs; manage special divisional projects as required, in order to keep employees continuously informed, support employee’s motivation and ensure APAC divisional goal is met.

  Policy and Procedures   

  • Advise Management in matters pertaining to sales policies and procedures and systems related issues for APAC sales in order to achieve departmental goals and minimize risk exposures to the company.

  Sales Instructional Design   

  • Formulate overall APAC Sales Training curriculum; lead in the planning,
    implementing, monitoring and administrating of APAC training program; provide analysis and advice to management in regard of applying training strategy, selection of program, allocation of resources and the planning of funds; act as subject matter expert and master trainer / facilitator, oversees internal certification process in order to ensure training effectiveness of the department.

  Business Planning and Budgeting   

  • Provide support for management in business planning and budgeting so as to ensure the budget planning and monitoring processes are effective and efficient.

    

Requirements :

  Academic:   

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, quantitative methods or related fields

   Experience & knowledge:   

  • 5 years experience in business analysis
