Job Description:

1.Responsible for billing staffs daily work arrangment and management.

2.Monthly reconciliation with overseas stations

3.Make sure all the monthy billing could be sent out on time

4.Event and show billing arrangement

5.Quotation data information filling and management

6.Communication with other departments for billing issues

7.Billing data preparing 

8.New clients billing arrangement

9.New billing staff training 

10.Other cases intructed by manager

Requirement:

1.     Bachelor's degree in accounting.

2.     Above 3 years relevant accounting experience required in logistics industry.

3.     At least 1 years finance supervisor/assistant manager level working experience.
