Your Responsibilities:
Leadership & Performance management
? Analyse & steer the General ledger KPIs (key performance indicators) and derive improvements for the General Ledger processes
? Effectively manage cost, compliance & quality in the GL function
? Act as business partner with the Finance teams (Heads of Finance/SSCs/Accounting teams of entities in scope) to establish best in class GL processes in the Shared Service Center and entities in scope
People development
? Develop a high performing General Ledger team in direct responsibility and foster & leverage diversity & inclusion.
? Educate, inspire, develop and coach GL employees & employees in the entities in scope to drive operational excellence & compliance
? Develop talents for the succession pipeline
Process / Service level management
? Manage & steer General Ledger function incl. month end closing (MEC) & year end closing (YEC)
? Ensure compliant General ledger processes and consistent and correct financial bookings in the area of MEC/YEC incl. accruals/provisions, Fixed assets, GL Master data, Intercompany, tax and maintain adequate ledgers (balances & P&L)
? Be a sparring partner for the FBPs by linking business decisions to accounting processes and by delivering and improving agreed General Ledger services to the entities in scope
? Identify and drive GL process and service level improvements using continuous improvement (CIP) tools and best suited technologies
? Define and maintain a robust backup plan for the team to ensure consistency and quality in delivering the agreed services to the entities in scope.
Entrepreneurship
? Consistently challenge the status quo, act as change agent in the Shared Service Center
? Recognize and exploit GL process related opportunities within the Shared Service Center
Compliance & Risk
? Ensure compliance with group, legal and tax requirements
? Operate and monitor General Ledger related ICS (Internal Control System) controls
? Manage internal & external audits
【任职要求】
Profile / Qualifications:
? Bachelor or master’s degree in business*, Finance or similar or equivalent finance qualification
? ACCA/CPA (US) /CIMA/CA
? At least 3 years of experience in a financial leadership role within a multinational Shared Service Center. At least three years of external audit experience at Big Four.
? Holistic Finance process understanding to manage General ledger (GL) function including month end closing (MEC) and year end closing (YEC)
? Evidence of acting as business partner through influencing finance & non-finance stakeholders and successfully communicate at any level of the organization
? Effective communication skills, including ability to structure presentations and present to the Finance Leadership team
? Proficient English written & verbal communication skills
? Strong expertise in SAP S/4
? Knowledge of IFRS standards
