The Role Responsibilities

Business
Support manager on GBA related project management to ensure project success.
Support manager on internal alignment with various stakeholders in implementing the execution details of GBA projects.
Execute end to end operation and Execution workflows in alignment to local regulatory, group & In country regulations, internal politics & guidelines.
Assist manager to develop and lead GBA strategy aligned to the overall RB business direction for new quality client acquisition growth.
Build and maintain partnership with key stakeholders to drive GBA initiatives including but not limited to system development, proposition and product solutioning.
Monitor and review the GBA project progress, including identification of change impact to people, process and policy.
Report relevant developments relating to market dynamics, peers, benchmarks to help guide and further refine GBA strategic execution.

Our Ideal Candidate
Bachelor’s degree, major in Business /Finance / Accounting preferred; CPA.
At least 5 years working experience, with project management experiences preferred.
High language ability, fluent in English; effective verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent communication skills; good PC skills especially in PowerPoint.
Well organized and able to interpret and draw relevant insights from various resources and methodologies.
Detailed-oriented; multi-cultural awareness, international.
Capable enough who work independently to complete project.
Sound knowledge in banking industry.
Self-motivator who is keen to upgrade, improve personal knowledge and skills to meet job requirements.
Team player who shows initiative and assertiveness.
