职位描述
1、行政后勤服务：负责项目点的工作人员后勤服务工作（工作餐、下午茶及特殊节假日活动支持）。与供应商协助完成每周客户方满意度提升。
2、管理运营服务：服务现场项目人员，解决现场营运问题，管理供应商。
3、物资管理：下单物资，管理库房包含库房盘点、物资消耗控制、成本控制，餐厅设施的保修、维护跟进。
4、项目运营配合：保持客户方与索迪斯公司之间的紧密联系，项目巡场，后勤跟进监管。
5、行政人事管理：听从客户安排指令，管理现场服务员1员，联系与管理多级供应商，供应商门禁卡申请。
6、行政事务审核：负责每周菜单及下午茶菜单审核，熟练总结会议报告和预备计划（日常和紧急情况）。
7、现场运营管理：撰写项目活动流程计划（如开业、活动日）和现场处理紧急事务。
8、企业文化：参与日常/节假日公司企业文化下午茶活动策划与现场支持。（如儿童节等）。
9、要求：大专学历，年龄在30岁以内，身高160以上，至少两年相关工作经验，上班时间：11：00-20：00，大小休。
