General Work Summary:

根据公司年度工作任务，结合仓储实际容量，合理制定工作计划，科学合理的安排货位，使仓库面积利用率达到效益***化目标。

 

Requirements：

1、大专及以上学历，35岁以下，6年以上物流仓储或生产运营管理经验，管理类、物流类相关专业。

2、2年以上食品仓管理工作经验，有现场运作管理工作经验。

3、熟悉FMCG的物流行业精通仓储流程、熟悉物流信息管理系统并有实施经验

4、熟悉ERP及物流信息管理系统，并有实施经验。

5、精通仓储流程、熟悉物流信息管理系统并有实施经验。

6、有较强的计划组织管理能力和跨部门沟通协调能力。

7、独立工作能力强，并有良好的领悟力，对生产运营管理有深刻理解和把握。

8、优秀的逻辑思维和综合分析能力，熟悉现代物流流程管理的思路、方法以及工具运用。

 

Responsibilities：

仓储管理：

？  原料库房各岗位日常事务管理，确保商品的准确率、生产的及时率；

？  对原料库房现场运作的风险点控制，杜绝安全和作业隐患，确保作业质量；

？  全面推行仓储现场5S推行，促进仓库管理改善；

？  根据盘点数据,掌握实时有效库存,分析库存差异原因并提供整改方案；

？  建立仓储各类成本控制计划，并组织实施；

生产流程管理：

？  监控原料从收货到出库整个过程，优化作业流程，提升作业效率，降低运营成本；

？  负责现有工作流程和现场组织过程中被关注的有针对性的问题改善，进行原因分析，并组织采取适当的措施；

？  人员管理：负责部门员工日常操作业务培训与指导，团队建设和人才梯队培养；

？  人效管控：合理安排人力和工作时间，控制人力成本，提升人均效率;

安全管理：确保仓库物资及人员安全工作；
