Software Field Application Engineer
Candidates must have a good background in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science, with key emphasis on DC/DC power conversion circuits and Switching Mode Power Supplies. Strong analytical skills and hands-on design experience are a must. As part of our winning FAE team, you will be responsible for customer design support in China and Hong Kong. The role will focus on supporting customers during the power supply design stage and will require the designing and building of power supplies and transformers as well as the writing of detailed and clear test reports. Additionally, the successful candidate will have the responsibility for training customers and distributors in designing power supplies using iWatt products.
Responsibility:
1. Participate in firmware development of LCD backlighting driver system.
2. Implementation, optimization of new and existing drivers, algorithm.
3. Work closely with hardware team to debug system.
4. Analysis customer’s issue and requirements, help improving the system to meet customers’ requirements.

Job Requirements:
·Proficient in C/C++ language coding experience, good MCU programming skills,understanding of system architecture.

·a good knowledge of hardware, familiar with LCD TV system theory is preferred;

·has complete project development experience, has initiative and able to work independently, technically competent;
·has the good habit of modular programming, good team player, good at communication;

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·2+ years experience in software development,good at ARM Cortex M0,M3 is a plus.

·A careful and conscientious approach to work, patient, strong sense of responsibility;
·Proficiency in both written and spoken English

·Familiar with LCD TV system theory is preferred;
