Job Description
？ Provide technical marketing and support for China produced PP automotive compound from Total plant and external toll compounders
？ Provide technical marketing and support of Total’s imported PP automotive compound in China
？ Develop and build technical contacts with key local customers and global customers
？ On-going project and product development by presenting technical information to customers, promoting of new products to customers, developing product strategy priorities for future growth
？ Provide technical support and service: attend mould trial, recommend moulding conditions and tool design, co-ordinating CAE support, trouble shooting, claim handling and regulatory work
？ Define product specifications with customers in collaboration with headquarters’ technical teams in Europe
？ Ensure compliance with local government, company ethnics, health safety environment rules
？ Provide support to PPA European and USA TSD counterparts, co-ordinating overseas customers activities in China for global car platforms and main network contact person
？ Any other activities of technical service development relating to PPA

Candidate Profile
？ University graduate with major in polymers science, material science, chemical engineering, process engineering or related disciplines
？ Minimum 6 years technical support service experience in polymers for automotive industry, or related material suppliers or parts producers, or polymers for other applications; practical experience in injection molding process
？ Ability to deal with multicultural environment. Fluent in Chinese and English (write and speak). Able to deal with demanding customers.
？ Problem solving mind, able to work under pressure, extensive travelling 80% of time
