Job Description


参与项目的投标、谈判合同、项目交易管理。监督谈判进程，以及后期完成项目交付;
Carry out the projects with pitching, negotiating contract, project transaction management；
monitoring negotiation process and achieving project deliverables;

根据项目的具体流程，负责项目管理，确保项目在规定的时间内以高质量服务交付客户；
Take in charge of projects by following defined project process, ensuring successful project completion and handover within specified timeframe and high quality services;

作为项目内容、计划、进度和变更等问题的沟通和协调工作的关键联系人;
Serve as the key contact for communication and coordination efforts regarding project scope, planning, scheduling, and variation issues;

组织公司平台资源面向客户服务；
Organize China platform resources to deliver services across China; Promote company’s platform, achieve to delivery different services to clients that Cushman & Wakefield offered.

任务/目标
Overall Objective / Purpose of the role:

作为项目委派的团队协调者，管理项目交付。专注于为客户提供高质量的服务;
Be a team coordinator for delegated project and manage project delivery. Focusing on delivering the best possible outcome to our clients;

建立***的客户服务标准。在客户需要的任何地方，提供始终如一的优秀、完全可靠和专业的服务交付和输出；
Establish the highest customer service standards. Deliver consistently excellent, totally reliable and professional service delivery and outputs wherever our clients need it；

保持业务连续性，满足业务需求，提升客户满意度，为预期的标准提供***的结果；
Deliver the best possible outcomes to the expected standards whilst maintaining business continuity and customer satisfaction that responds to the business need；

作为客户和同事之间的联络点。协调内部和外部的项目服务质量控制；
Act as point of contact between client and colleagues. Coordinate internal and external for project service quality control；

在项目管理过程中，根据当地的实际情况以及标准进行管理；
Take lead of site supervision in accordance with local practice and code during project management；

为了实现项目目标，采取有效的方法和控制施工质量、规划和成本；
In order to fulfill the aspects of project objective, take effective methods and control on construction quality, programming and cost；

管理项目交易过程中的阶段检查、测试、调试和交接；
Manage project during the transaction process in phase inspection, testing, commissioning and handover.

在项目的整个过程中支持项目团队.
Support the project team throughout the progress of the project.
