1. Develop the database, with a focus of Europe, Asia and developing markets;
2. Build a benchmark system to categorize and qualify buyers;
3. Initiate first contacts and understand buyers’needs;
4. Build a compelling offer for international buyers and conduct regular activities with the marketing team to increase their interest;
5. Invite buyers to register on our online platform and make sure they are using it;
6. Build loyalty and maximize buyers’ engagement on the platform through the development of a year-round buyer program, buyer’s club, etc.;
7. Work along the marketing team to increase buyers’ registration to in-person events, and ensure high level of conversion(on-site visitors);
8. Follow up with Buyers’ online request;
9. Support buyers during registration and use of our matchmaking system;
10. Ensure a maximum level of participation(set appointments with exhibitors, show up at scheduled meetings);
11. Keep connected with buyers to know how we can constantly improve our solution/service;
12. Manual matching of buyers’ requests with relevant suppliers throughout the year.

任职资格：

1. Strong Experience in trade business with overseas markets, preferably as a buyer/sourcing manager for a foreign company. Candidates with an export profile will also be considered;
2. Fluent written & spoken English and Chinese, other Asian Languages(Japanese, Korean) a strong+;
3. Self-learner with ability to self-motivate to set and achieve business goals;
4. Good team work spirit, ability to adapt both to international and local business environments;
5. Experience and understanding of the pet industry’s supply chain a strong+;
6. Good knowledge of the exhibition industry is a+.
