职责描述：
- 带领团队完善门店的库存管理流程，高效完成运营工作
- 运用各种资源，包括产品教育、产品销售流通、产品陈列引领库存管理班次
- 负责所有关于仓库的运营工作，包括收货、转货以及日常仓库管理
- 与管理团队沟通，并共同制定产品销售流通策略
- 协助店长安排每周的库存管理班次，帮助团队实现工作与生活平衡
- 收集库存管理团队的工作反馈，创造团队之间的联结，并与团队分享工作进度
- 主动发现有关库存管理方面的问题，寻找***解决方案并落地执行，优化库存管理流程
- 在店长和副店长的指导下，完成其他工作任务

任职要求：
- 强烈的个人责任心与团队合作意识
- 企业家精神与好奇心，以此具备主动发现问题并解决问题的能力
- 诚实且充满善意的沟通技能
- 1-2年的领导岗位工作经验
- 零售品牌大型门店库存管理经验
