2、制定项目研发流程和计划，跟踪客户需求变更，跟踪研发状态，及时发现问题并协调相应资源解决问题；

3、和各个研发部门有效沟通，完成项目进度和计划；

任职资格：

1、1年以上电子、软件、通讯行业经验，手机行业优先，同时也欢迎优秀的应往届生投递；

2、计算机、电子、通信、软件、自动化、英语等相关本科以上学历；

3、英语四级以上，熟练的听、说、读、写能力，能和国外客户进行书面和流利口语交流（非常重要）；

4、能吃苦耐劳，责任心强，执行能力强。
