Job Description
Responsible for the following:
1. Assembly loading for subcon based on DPP (Daily Performance Planning).
2. Assembly forecast vs DPP check.
3. Aging lots monitor.
4. Hold lots & MRB lots monitor to ensure these are released as soon as possible.
5. Cycle time monitor based on Cypress targets.
6. Capacity, cycle time & shutdown calendar check in Cypress i2 tables as per subcon commits.
7. Due date system monitor to align subcon with Cypress requirements.
8. OS (original schedule) monitor to ensure zero misses.
9. Engg lots/New product introduction/Qualification lots monitor.
10. Loading, wip monitor & shipment execution as per Cypress requirements.
Required Skills
1. Knowledgeable in basic planning systems & responsibilities.
2. Understanding of the manufacturing flow(semiconductor industry preferred).
3. Computer skills in Microsoft office (excel, powerpoint, word, etc.)
4. Can speak fluent English & basic Chinese.
5. Can communicate well verbally & in writing.
6. Strong personality & a fast learner.
7. Can decide & work with less supervision.
